Serving
After you serve the pendulum Serve, is it possible to go to the penhold grip and continue playing or would you have to use the handshake grip after the pendulum serve, because after I serve the pendulum serve, it feels weird changing to the penhold.
Hi Lance,
If you use the penhold grip normally you don't need to change grips to do the pendulum serve.
If you use the shakehand grip normally, then you can modify your grip just for the serve by taking the 3 fingers that are normally around the handle and put them in a fist behind the handle. After you serve it is a simple change to get your normal shakehand grip back.
Give this a try.
