How do you add speed and spin to your pendulum serve

Hi Sami,
For more spin you get your bat coming through really fast and maintain a fine contact. Then to get the ball moving faster, maintain the speed of your swing but have a slightly flatter contact.

No Spin Serve
It may sound like a bad idea but the no spin serve can be effective when put together with a range of spin serves. In fact, this is a must have in your arsenal of serves.
