Pendulum going into the net

Please help my pendulum either hits the net or does not go over i can hit it sometimes but not often.

Hi Matthew,

If the ball is going into the net try hitting the ball from a little higher.  Make the contact a little earlier before the ball drops too low.  To do this make sure that your elbow is nice and high as well.  This will help the contact point to be higher.
