Hello ping skills

I'm a normal table tennis player that has a fear of attacking with a forehand

I wasn't like this until a week before when I lost in the finals by my mistake of my forhand loop.

Any tips on how to overcome that fear???

Thank you!

Hi Chris,

It is like falling off a horse... the best way is to get straight back on again.  Keep trying your forehand topspin especially in practice.  Then you will start to use it in a match again.
