Hi alois,every tournament i play my opponents smash me very badly when i serve and playing long rallies i dont understand what is the solution?

Hi Somshekar,

Try to focus on keeping the ball lower and to more difficult positions on the table.  Find which is their weaker side and hit more ball to there.  Make sure you also keep them moving.
