When I receive a serve I want attack my opponent but when I try backhand flick it goes in net so I always have to just push the ball and give a chance to my opponent for attack.

How can I improve my backhand flick?

Hi Hardik,

If it is always going into the net then think about lifting the ball more.  You can do this by using the grip on your rubber to lift the ball with spin.  Or you can open the angle of your racket to get the ball higher.

Take a look at our tutorials on the Backhand Flick or the more advanced Backhand Sidespin Flick for some ideas.

Maybe you can apply some topspin(to lift the ball over the net and add speed) and sidespin(to confuse opponent)!
