Hi Alois and Jeff,
I need to know that what are the characteristics of a normal rubber is it to smooth or to rough or neutral?

Hi Swaraj,
A normal rubber has a flat surface but the surface is grippy. So if you rub your finger across it you would feel the grip of the rubber.
