I want a new racket. I am not butting a pre-assembled racket. but my budget is low , around $35-40. Suggest me suitable blade and rubbers. I prefer spin. Thanks!!

I don't know any custom made bat you can get for that price. Others may be able to help you.

Others may have suggestions but a reasonable Chinese pre made bat might be the best way to go.
