I want a new racket. I am not butting a pre-assembled racket. but my budget is low , around $35-40. Suggest me suitable blade and rubbers. I prefer spin. Thanks!!

I don't know any custom made bat you can get for that price. Others may be able to help you.

There's is an old saying about guitar playing - tone is in your fingers. And If you've ever seen a really good guitarist play an old guitar then you'll understand how true that saying is. Others may have suggestions but a reasonable Chinese pre made bat might be the best way to go.
i bought gki euro xx, what are your reviews about this one ??

That is a good quality rubber.
But that is very fast, i don't even get the time to make the ball spin, can you tell me how to lower the speed , or any other options ?

This will take a bit of time to get used to. Play with it for a few weeks just doing a lot of control shots rather than trying to hit the ball too hard or with too much spin. You need to get the feel of the racket.
