I used to have a primorac blade with hurricane 3 orange fh and donic baracuda on bh. I got this new paddle https://www.paddlepalace.com/PRO-SPECIAL-Tibhar-Samsonov-Force-Pro-with-Evolution-MX-P/productinfo/ZZSTSAF298/ and I am having a hard time getting used to the wider, heavier blade. When I serve or loop, the ball usually hits the edge of the paddle. I also have a tenergy 64. How can I get used to the heavier paddle and should I replace a side with the tenergy 64? Thanks

Hi David,

I would give it a little more time to get used to the heavier and wider blade.  I find it take a couple of weeks.  How long have you been using it?

Choosing a Table Tennis Bat

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
