Hi Alois and Jeff,
My question is how can I do a Heavy backspin tomahawk serve with a short pimples bat while being a kid.

Hi Saifullah,
Get the angle of your racket tilted back so the bat is facing the roof more. This will allow you to get under the ball.
With the short pimples you will not be able to get as much spin as with a god quality inverted rubber but you will be able to get some backspin on it.

It may sound like a bad idea but the no spin serve can be effective when put together with a range of spin serves. In fact, this is a must have in your arsenal of serves.
