my partner does not know how to play

hi sir i am Yasir from Iraq my partner does not know how to play anything. He does not know how to do forehand topspin, backhand topspin, smash, block, and when he comes he just want to play a game. This is my problem.

Can you help and i am so sorry for my bad English because you know my real language is Arabic as usual

Hi Yasir,

Your English is very good. Certainly a lot better than my Arabic. :)

This can be difficult. I would talk to your partner and see if you can get them interested in improving their game. Only if they are interested will they want to train to get better.

The other option is to try and find a table tennis club near you. This will provide you with a great environment to help you improve.

In this session we focus on this. It's important that you try to make this practice as close to a real match as you can so that when you are in the real thing, you feel comfortable.
