I've just started playing t t at my local club ive been going for about 4 weeks now what stage should i be at and do u have any advice for an amateur im 28 is that too old.

Hi Stuart,

At 4 weeks into your playing I would suspect that you are still spending a lot of time working on your basic strokes.

The great thing about Table Tennis is that you can play it for a very long time till a very old age.  There are world, state and local competitions for over 80s.  That gives you a good 50 years to work on your game!
