Strokes
Hi, i as u when i serve and plays games or forehand drive i grip my bat from end of the edge. So i feel difficult to play and control all table balls. How can i do my hand movement on grip and what kind of practice for this. regards
Hi Irshad,
It is best to use the same grip for all of your strokes. This makes it easier to learn and makes your strokes more consistent.
Take a look at the lesson on how to Get a Grip.
The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.
