Strategy
Hi Alois,
Can you please show the movements and position shifting during the double rally in a video, that how the rotation is occurring between two partners in the rally. It sometimes causes trouble. Sometimes our body get hit together. Sometimes we come in the way of each other. Sometimes we confused how we rotate along. Can you please show this with one left and one right handed player and then by both right handed players. Thanks :)

Yeah we need to get out of the way just the backwards after one plays his shot.If we move a lot sideways it will be difficult to play next shot if it goes in other direction. But in the match rally unintentionally we are not focusing on changing our position rather we are focusing on the ball and what type of shot do i hit the next.So we lack in making correct positions. It will be very easy If you just show the movements in a video that how we should practice in making correct positions for the match :)
