Maximum sidespin

Hi Alois and Pingskills

i want to know how to put the maximum sidespin in a forehand serve, now is being difficult to me and i am a penholder, i should to put too much sidespin effect in my serves

please help!!!

Hi Cristh,

The main thing is the action of brushing the side of the ball as fast as possible,   If you focus on this you will get more spin.
