How do you maximize the spin of your serve and attack?

Hi Adrian,
To get more spin on the ball you need to follow e two principles. Firstly you need to brush the ball on contact and secondly you then need to brush the ball as fast as possible to get the ball rotating fast.

Variation of Spin
Varying the spin on your serve makes it harder to return. You can vary the type of spin but possibly even more effective is varying the amount of spin.
