what about tossing. I usually toss the ball too far away from me or too close. can you tell me how to fix this problem

To fix that, put a piece of paper on the ground in front of your feet.  Then just practice throwing the ball up and landing it on the paper.  You will soon get the feel of where the toss needs to be.

if i want to serve good like malong so do i need to toss the ball near or far away from the body?And do i need to contact the ball strong or mild? thank you.smile

Toss the ball close to your body and swing through quickly. Make sure you are getting a fine brushing contact for more spin.

Contact it near the end of your racket away from the handle.
