Hi, I have been playing with pen hold grip for 4 month everyday. And I noticed that my right index finger has been deformed a bit. It has been bulged in the middle and I can feel a bone-like lump. I am worried that it might grow in size. Is it normal?

Hi Jimmy,

If you are at all worried you should seek proper advice.  It may just be bruising from constantly rubbing against it with your bat.
