Hey Alois, I have troubles in making a slice shot. The problem is that I keep the ball high or it will go out. Please help me. And by the way, how to make a fast heavy and low backspin serve?

Hi Joshua,

Take a look at our lesson on the Backhand Push.  This will give you some good tips on making this shot.  The height is determined by two things, the angle of your racket on contact and the amount of brushing contact on the ball.  This will be determined by the trajectory of your swing.

To do a fast low backspin serve you need to brush the ball finely and hit it with speed close to you on your side of the table.
