Strokes
Hi coach, how can i return/attack a ball that is middle long and low? I cannot either topspin it or flick it, what am i suppose to do?
Hi,
This can be a difficult ball to deal with. Try to get the ball early while it is still close to the net. Once it gets too far from the net the ball becomes awkward to deal with. Use a push stroke if the ball is low. If it is a bit higher then use a flick shot.
