It's perfectly normal for a bat to make a noise when you hit the ball. However, it's important to ensure that your bat and the rubber on your bat is appropriate for the type of game you want to play. For example, if you're looking to generate more spin, then you need to use a rubber that has more grip. Alternatively, if you prefer a faster game, then you need to use rubber that has less grip or that is designed for speed.

Tone is in Your Fingers
