I don't know anything about looping, but I've heard its some great technique. I want to know more about it and how to play loop shots.

Hi Arihant,

Take a look at our lesson on the Forehand Topspin Off Backspin.  This is a loop stroke.  A loop is just a slower, usually higher, topspin stroke.  Just a fancy name for it.

Anticipation

How is it that a player can always seem to get back those extremely fast topspins? Is it their incredible anticipation? The key to good anticipation actually lies in tracking the ball well. When you watch the ball closely your peripheral vision will pick up your opponents movements and with lots of practice those signs will help you anticipate what your opponent is going to do. This happens naturally with lots of experience. So it it your job to ensure that you are tracking the ball really carefully.

Thanks. I've got another question..

I use a Donic Waldner 400 Table Tennis bat. What do you have to say about this bat? Anything special it can do? Certain shots which can be played well by this bat?

No, this is just a very basic bat.  It will just allow you to do the basic shots.
