How to do a perfect loop in table tennis? Everytime i does my loops, it will ended up high in the air. Hence my oponents have the opportunity to smack.

Thanks

Hi Khang,

Practice, practice and more practice.

As long as you feel you are getting the stroke correct then you need to do a lot of repetition to get the strokes just right.

If the ball is going too high in the air, maintain your stroke and just turn the bat angle forward a little.  It doesn't have to be much of a change to get the ball much lower.

Does looping require the movement of wrist or both arm and wrist?

It is mainly arm but there is a little wrist movement on the forehand loop.  Just relax your wrist and let it come through with the arm.
