I'm wondering is there any loop that could goes near the net and bounce twice on the table if it does exist, could you give me some clue to do this type of loop.

This is a very difficult shot. It is possible but I haven’t seen it done very often. The ball needs to bounce really low with a lot of topspin and close to the net on the other side to do this.
Trying to keep it low can be a good thing to strive for. If it then happens to go short enough to bounce twice, just consider it a bonus.
