Strokes
i am having trouble returning a chop with a loop, can you please give me a hint? or put a video on the lessons that i can access free, because im just 13 and were only poor so we cant afford to buy the dvds.
but im good at learning quick so if you could just please help me.

The loop is important. We have a lesson on the Forehand Loop Off Backspin on our free lesson.
This will give you a lot of hints on how to play the stroke.

The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.
