hello,

I been advised many times that i must watch the ball all the time. This concept is in one of your videos, but i don't really understand what this means.

Sometimes  I realize I hit the ball without really looking at the it.

Could you please explain in detail what this means? And how to practice to be able to accomplish the goal?

Thanks

Hi Albert,

Watching the ball is tracking it as far as you can all the way from the start of the serve through to when the point is finished.  It is a matter of locking onto the ball with your eyes.  A simple technique is to try to see the label on the ball at any stage during the rally.

In training, as you are warming up with your forehands and backhands, this can be one thin ghat you start to think about.  Watching the ball in flight.
