Hi, I wanted to ask you how to return long balls, I asked my bro but he said it should be easy cause I am short but I don't know how

Could you tell me the reason ,also how to defend it

Note:I'm an offensive player

Hi Hani,

The best thing is to use a topspin stroke since the serve is long.
