how to return long push at backhand side if ball is very low and have some speed

Hi Ismail,

To return this ball try taking a small step away from the table first.  This will give you a bit more time to see the ball.

Then you have 2 options you can either Backhand Push the ball or Backhand Topspin it.  You can take a look at our lessons on these two strokes.

The better option long term is to be able to topspin the ball because it will put you in a more attacking position.  However to start with in a match situation you can push the ball back.  This will also help you to get the feel of the ball and the amount of spin there is.
