Serving
Hi coach . I have seen your fast serve down the line. I have seen the way you serve. But I can't do that way. Can you show me video showing long and fast serve with a basicway of holding the hand.
Hi Deepjyoti,
To get the serve fast and long you need to hit the ball flat. Get the ball to bounce close to you on your side of the table. The flat contact will make the ball travel faster.
Serving the ball down the line is a bit harder because it is a shorter distance. Make sure the ball is bouncing low because it will make the serve faster as well.
