Alois Sir;

I usually do High toss service, the focus light rays cause problem in viewing the ball. The use of spectacles multiplies my problem. Any suggestion.

Hi Dilip,

This can be a problem.  Before you throw the ball up work out where you can throw it up best to avoid the ball going straight into the line of the light.  I find that after a bit of time in any hall, you start to be able to focus on the ball and not on the light better.

You will see a lot of players looking up to the lights before they serve.
