Life of long pips rubber

Hi Coach,
Any idea as to the life of long pips rubber? I know for regular rubber about 80-100 hours and you can tell by dragging ball over rubber. But I have no idea about my long pips rubber.

Hi Phil,
They can last a very long time. The tops of the pimples can wear out or sometimes they can break.
Check to see if they are breaking and the top of the pimple. Some at the start have a pattern on them that can wear off especially on the pimples in the middle where you are hitting the ball more.

What about antispin rubbers?
How long do they typically last and how do you know when they are past their use by date?
Hi Ji-Soo,
I think Anti-spin is usable until you wear a hole in it... Really though it does start to get a worn surface to it but it still has the same effect.
