No Power from Legs

Since i have problems bending one of my legs, on my forehand top spin i have problems with the power behind the shot. is there anyway i can work around this.

Hi Thad,

You could try utilising more rotation with the waist, rather than bend to generate the power. Also make sure you are keeping you wrist relaxed so that you are getting a little more speed from your hand and forearm as well.
