What is your recommendation in using wrist/leg weights, while playing, to build up your muscles?

Hi Dolan,
You have to be careful because the weight may also effect the stroke you are using. The weight applies downward force whereas you are really looking for resistance along the line of the swing.
Just by placing your serve better, you'll be able to win more points. Think about what happens when a good server plays you. What positions do they serve to that you find difficult. Try serving to similar positions yourself. We give you plenty of time to practice serving with placement in this week's training session.
