Hi Alois or Jeff, I need to have leg and good move like Ma long,Zhang jike,ma lin,timo Boll

What should I do.

Hi Dew,

Start by making sure you have the basics right.  Take a look at the lessons we have on this in our lessons page. Basic Stance and Footwork Basics.

Next it is a matter of doing a lot of footwork training.  The more you do the training the better you will become at your movement.  The players you have mentioned train their footwork each session they train which is around 8 to 10 sessions a week.
