i want topspin but i can't how do i do

Hi Dimond,

Thi is a really important stroke in Table Tennis.

Watch the lesson on the Forehand Topspin.  Make sure you are taking note especially of the start and finish position sof your strokes and getting them correct.

Keep working hard on your technique and with practice you will get it right.
