Take a look through all of our lessons and you will gain a lot of information. The best area to start with is the Strokes & Technique section where you will be taught all of the basic strokes.

Forehand Flick
When your opponent plays a short ball to your forehand, you can play an attacking stroke by using the flick. This stroke is also known as the flip.
