Hi Aditya,

Firstly, don’t think about your Table Tennis all being about this one year.  After under 15 there is plenty more Table Tennis to be played.

To get the most of this year, work out what the one or two things you need to improve are.  How do players win points against you.  Then work on this each session of your training.  Also think about how you win points.  Then continue to work on this.  The Vault will help you to work out your strengths and weaknesses.

Mostly, even if the coach compares you with the other player, don’t do it yourself.  Each player develops at different rates and different times.  I have seen a lot of very good under 15 players that never became any better or didn’t even play after that.  Look a little more long term and focus on becoming a good senior level player.
