Japanese Pen racket

Hey guys, I understand that Japanese pen rackets don't have a rubber on the back; only on the forehand side. If I were to add a rubber to the non-rubbered side, would it be legal?

Hi Sonny,

Yes you can add a rubber and use it on the reverse side of the racket.
