I am thinking to purchase a combination of Joola Rosi Emotion with Gki Chelonze Hybridz (Red) and Gki Euro Chelonze (Black). Is this good? If you have a better combination suggestion please suggest me.

I don't know anything about these rubbers.

We recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V, Pryde or Vega Pro depending on the speed that you are after.
