How can i play inside out forehand when the ball is Nice and low to make it land on opponent backhand side properly every time i tried it runs straight into the net?
I am right handed
Hi Haseeb,
We have a tutorial on this in the Strokes and Techniques section. Take a look at this one on the Sidespin Forehand Topspin.
If the ball is often going into the net, make sure you are finishing high with your stroke.
The forehand chop is a defensive stroke played away from the table. It is mainly used by defenders but can also be incorporated into an attackers game when forced away from the table.
