Hi Atif,

When you are training do a lot more random drills.  So do drills where you don;t know where the ball is going.  This will help you to learn how to react to balls and it will improve your reflexes and movement to the ball.

Take a look at the Training Drills free download for ideas of random drills.

We build upon the drills from last week so you can improve the effectiveness of your third ball through placement.
