Hi my name is kianoosh iam 15 and i am playing ping pong in norway team but i have problem with my serves every one can answer my serves how can i improve my serves please help me as quickly as possible.

Hi Kianoosh,
There is no easy fix for serves. You ned to practice them often. Spend some time during every training session to just work on your serving and you will start to see an improvement. Get a bucket of balls for yourself if you haven't got one as yet.
Work firstly on getting as much spin as you can on each of your serves and then work on being able to control the ball to where you want it to go. What is your favourite serve?
