Strokes
I've hit a plateau with my forehand topspin. I rely heavily on it as im a 2 winged looper. There just doessnt seem to be much spin on it to cause my oponents trouble. I wouldnt mind this if it was faster but its not very fast at all
Hi Thomas,
Sometimes trying too hard can cause this to happen. If there is tension in your arm, you will slow the stroke down and perhaps also get bad contacts.
Try in training to hit some topspins with less tension. See how smoothly you can swing your arm and then just let it swing through as easily as you can.
The focus on the contact of the bat on the ball and see if you can improve the spin by getting a better contact.
Stressing about your forehand can often be counterproductive.

HiThomas,
This could also be a problem. Try altering the grip slightly.
