i am a one sided player, strong in backhand very weak in forehand play so i need help on improving forehand what do i do

Hi Mazen,

You could firstly take a look at your stance.  See if you a\have one foot in front of the other.  If you are right handed, you might have your right foot forward.  Let me know if this is the case.

In matches and in training, put more focus on the forehand and try to make as many forehands as you can.  Just by putting focus on it you will find a difference in the way your body approaches the ball.

As a final point, but probably where you should start is to make sure your technique is correct.
