Hi pingskills, I have been training for a year now and have been able to get intermediate strokes but my footwork lets me down, how can I improve my footwork? And how can I further improve my strokes.

With improvement of your game in general take a look at our Beginner Building Blocks of Table Tennis. This will show you how to move from learning your strokes to be ing able to improve your game play.
