How can i improve my defence?

Hi Yazid,

Take a look at the lessons on the Forehand Chop and Backhand Chop to learn the technique of these strokes.  

When we talk about defence we also talk about the Backhand Block and Forehand Block strokes.

These will all help you a lot with you defence.
