Hi Alois and Pingskills

i started to train ago one year and a half, and i have an incredible technique (according to my coach). Besides all your advises make my game improve, but even i have a great technique and that i get in better a lot, in a game it doesn't look like this...why i can't win to someone that doesn't have great service, doesn't have a good block, have a bad forehand topspin or a bad footwork??? why my game doesn't reflect my technique?

i know that 1 year is not a lot of time and i must be patient, but i really hate loose. I have to get in better my defensive position and a lot of more, but what i can do???and if table tennis is not for me??

Please help!!!!!

Thanks

Hi Cristh,

You are right that 1 year isn't a long time.

The game can be frustrating.  However it is also one thing that makes this game so good.  There are so many things about this game to learn.  Even though they may not have good technique, they have experience and a lot of control.

Once you practice a lot and keep improving your technique and power you will start to overcome these sorts of players.

Just keep working and you will get there.
