if i am short in height how can i do a for-hand or back hand topspin? -----

Hi Abdur,

If you move away from the table it will allow the ball to drop lower and into your hitting zone of rthe backhand topspin.  It can be awkward if you are too closer because the ball is too high to make the stroke effectively.

I'm also short for my age. But it's a good thing because it's easier to angle some shots correctly
