Definitely national cause they are the top of the line dhs rubbers provided u can get ur hands on one.

I saw three vids that compared the rubers, and the best choice is the Neo!

The Neo is better because it has more control over FH & BH, service, counterhitting, topspinning, pushing, ect, and has good control oer speed, spin, and placement.

If you're getting the neo, get the provincial cause it's better quality. The commerical version feels a little dead and has very bad qc
