Strokes
I'm a good backhanded player so I'm not at all good in forehand so please tell me how shall I switch to forehand.
Or is it good to be a backhander.
Hi Krishna,
It is OK to be a backhand dominant player. If you are wanting to focus more on the forehand, start with altering your feet position. Try getting your left foot a bit closer to the table than your right foot. This will turn your body into a better position to make the forehand strokes.

I used to be like that too. What I did was to switch to penhold grip. That forced me to use forehand. Got used to it, then switched back to shakehand grip.

Also, I tried to cover the entire table as much as possible with forehand, it is quite natural for penholders.

Does it work?
It can work. It is however very difficult to do.

It worked for me at least. But… yeah it's quite difficult.
